This morning, savor breakfast at your hotel before joining our local guide for a tour of captivating Stone Town, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Many cultures have left their mark on Zanzibar, and Stone Town exemplifies this rich history. Your first stop will be the colorful market, filled with exotic scents and bustling with locals bartering. Next, explore the 19th-century cathedral, built on the site of the slave market abolished in 1873. As you traverse narrow streets, you'll see Arab residences with hidden inner courtyards and Indian houses adorned with metal railings. Historic sites include the 'Tip Tip House,' the Old Fort, and the People's Palace Museum. Enjoy lunch at the Silk Route Indian rooftop restaurant, which offers a panoramic ocean view. Indulge in exceptional cuisine, perhaps accompanied by a cocktail. After lunch, we will ensure your secure return to the airport for your flight.
