After breakfast, your family will meet at your hotel in Arusha for a short safari briefing before driving to Tarangire National Park. Known for its large elephant population and giant baobab trees, the park offers sightings of diverse wildlife, including lions, leopards, and zebras. The park is named after the Tarangire River, a crucial water source for the area's animals. In the late afternoon, your family will drive to Migombani Public Campsite for a sunset view, dinner, and overnight stay.
After breakfast, your family will head towards the Serengeti National Park, passing through the scenic highlands of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Descending into the Serengeti, known for its endless plains and diverse wildlife, your family will explore the central Seronera area. The Seronera River attracts various wildlife, making it one of the richest habitats in the park. Your family will arrive in time for lunch and enjoy an afternoon game drive.
Your family can choose to have a relaxed breakfast and depart for a full day game drive around 9:00 AM or start with an early morning game drive at 6:00 AM. Explore the central Serengeti, home to a dense population of lions and leopards, and enjoy a picnic lunch during the drive. The Seronera area, with its abundant wildlife and the Seronera River, offers a great game viewing experience. The day concludes with dinner and a good night's rest at your accommodation.
Your family will wake up early for a morning game drive to see active wildlife and a stunning sunrise. After the morning drive, the journey continues to Ngorongoro Conservation Area, where you will descend into the crater for a game drive. The cool morning air allows for excellent wildlife viewing, including a visit to the hippo pool. Enjoy a picnic lunch at the lake before concluding with a final game drive.
